New Jersey Super Lawyers is published annually in the April issue of New Jersey Monthly magazine and New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine. Super Lawyers names New Jersey's top lawyers as chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Law & Politics. New Jersey Super Lawyers is based on surveys of the more than 32,000 lawyers across the state who have been licensed to practice for five years or more. The goal is to select as Super Lawyers the top 5 percent of New Jersey attorneys in more than 60 practice areas.

 

In addition, New Jersey Super Lawyers chooses the top 100 Super Lawyers in New Jersey. Both Bruce Nagel and Jay Rice have been selected for this auspicious honor three years in a row.

 

A total of 6 of the 14 attorneys at Nagel Rice, LLP have been selected as New Jersey Super Lawyers 2009, 2 of which are in the top 100. The 5 Super Lawyers include: Bruce Nagel, Jay Rice, Robert Solomon, Barry Packin, Wayne Greenstone, and Herbert Waldman.  Also, Andrew O'Connor was voted Rising Star for 2009.
